Akohub Partners Program Terms

1. Scope of Referral Services

1.1. Akohub Apps Referral

The Partner refers new customers who successfully install and subscribe to a paid plan of Akohub app (apps.shopify.com/ako-retargeting).

Referred customers must meet the eligibility requirements set forth in Section 2.1. Akohub App Referral Eligibility Criteria.

1.2. Shopify Solutions Referral

The Partner refers new customers who enter into a Shopify Project contract with Akohub.

Referred customers must meet the eligibility requirements set forth in Section 2.2. Shopify Solutions Referral Eligibility Criteria.

2. Referral Eligibility Criteria

2.1. Akohub App Referral Eligibility Criteria

A referral is considered valid and eligible for a commission if the following conditions are met:

  1. The referred customer is not an existing Akohub customer, has not already installed the App, or has not been in discussions with Akohub within the last year.

  2. The Partner submits the referral through the official referral process mechanism outlined in Section 3.1. of this Agreement.

  3. The referred customer subscribes to a paid plan and remains an active, paying user for at least one month.

2.2. Shopify Solutions Referral Eligibility Criteria

A referral is considered valid and eligible for a commission if the following conditions are met:

  1. The referred customer is not an existing Akohub customer or has not been in discussions with Akohub within the last year.

  2. The Partner submits the referral through the official referral process mechanism outlined in Section 3.1. of this Agreement.

  3. The final contract value of the referred project exceeds the applicable referral commission amount. Akohub reserves the final right to determine whether a referral qualifies as valid.

3. Cooperation Model and Responsibilities

3.1 Referral Process

The Partner agrees to submit referrals exclusively through Akohub’s official referral process. Without Akohub’s prior written approval, the Partner shall not provide any incentives or compensation directly to referred customers, nor transfer or assign any referral benefits to any third party.

Referral procedure:

  • Submit the referred customer’s information via the referral form provided by Akohub;

  • Introduce the customer to Akohub via email, including all relevant information;

  • Akohub will review whether the referral meets the eligibility criteria under Section 2. If valid, Akohub will update the referral status in the referral form. If invalid, Akohub will notify the Partner.

3.2 Marketing and Promotion

The Partner shall:

  • Promote Akohub’s products and services in a truthful and accurate manner;

  • Refrain from any misleading, deceptive, or harmful marketing practices;

  • Obtain prior approval from Akohub before using any Akohub logos, trademarks, or proprietary content in marketing materials.

3.3 Compliance with Laws and Terms

The Partner agrees to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations, including but not limited to advertising laws, data privacy, and anti-spam regulations. The Partner also agrees to comply with Akohub’s Partner Terms available at: akohub.com/partners-terms. Akohub reserves the right to update or modify such terms at any time.

4. Limitation of Liability

Akohub shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of this Agreement.
